Valongo Urban Masterplan

Comprehensive urban masterplan for the expansion of Valongo, structuring new public space, mobility networks and mixed-use blocks merging with the existing urban fabric.

The proposal reinforces continuity between existing and new through a hierarchy of squares, tree-lined streets and low-rise volumes calibrated to the surrounding topography.
